Returns and refunds

Our tees are printed to order, so we can’t accept returns because you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. That’s why every product page has a size guide.

If something is wrong, we’ll put it right. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email info@clockedoffclothing.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law aren’t affected.

Wrong address or cancellations: we can cancel or change an order before it goes to print, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as you can.
